Full and Half Day Rock Climbing Abseiling / Rapelling

The sea cliffs of Dunsheane (Dun Seanna) are just 4km/ 2.5 mls from Dingle town, they over a variety of over 40 rock climbing routes, from easy rock climbs to extreme grades. There are plenty of beginner friendly routes for us to do here, we start we the easy climbs and progress. It is an ideal location for Rock climbing and abseiling as it is south facing it is a great sun trap and dry’s very quickly after showers. There is a platform at the bottom which you abseil/rappel down to and then climb back up one of the many rock climbs. All the routes we do will be done with a top rope set up as our instructors as belayers. Run with min of 2 people. Min age 10. Times 09.30 - 13.00, 14.00 - 17.30  COST €60 PER PERSON

This is a great option if you have done some climbing before, bring a packed lunch and spend a full day climbing at the Sea Cliffs. The Old Red Sandstone of the Glaciated Gap of Dunloe is the best inland climbing that Kerry has to offer. Just less than 15minutes drive from Killarney you arrive at Kate Kearney’s Cottage, where the climbing is just a 10 min walk up the Gap of Dunloe. All the routes we do will be done with a top rope set up as our instructors as belayers. Run with min of 3 people. Crags we used most often are Brennans leap, Ceim and An Bothan,  Min age 10. Times 09.30 - 13.00, 14.00 - 17.30  COST €60 PER PERSON

We provide helmets, harnesses & rock-climbing shoes for climbing. Safety ropes are use always when either climbing or abseiling. All the routes are completed with a top rope set up with our instructors as the belayer.   Grades of Climbs We climb mostly between Severe (US 5.5, NZ/Aus 12) to VS (US 5.7/5.8 NZ/Aus 15) but occasionally depending on groups ability climb easier or harder grades. Full day Dingle activity Combo for Rock-Climbing and kayaking €100 per person. Full day Killarney activity Combo for Rock-Climbing and kayaking €110 per person.

Half Day Mountain Biking Dingle

For the Half day you get to do 2 great routes close to Dingle, first in the introduction mountain circuit (4km) whick takes about 1 hour and then we drive to top of the Conor Pass to follow the old green boggy road back to Dingle, with a drop of nearly 1800ft / 600m.

Equipment provided, front suspension Giant MTB, Helmet & Gloves.

Run with min of 2 people. Min age 14. Times 09.30 - 13.00, 14.00 - 17.30

Full Day Mountain Biking Dingle

This is a great option if you have done some Mountain Biking before and are in good shape. Have many options for the day, including 2 of the highest passes on the Dingle Peninsula.
